210.0, down 1 lb from yesterday's 211.0, but still up 2.5 lb from Wednesday's 207.5.
At least I'm going in the right direction again. And the weight will come off as long as I stay on the straight and narrow. Chicken'n'fish, chicken'n'fish, chicken'n'fish....
I did the Callanetics yesterday, and will do them again today. Those exercises are enormously effective in reshaping a body, and my body needs reshaping. I might actually develop a waistline from them!!
