I missed weighing in yesterday, but today is 209.5, down 1.75 lb from 9/18's 211.25.
That's better. That's what an egg-grapefruit day is supposed to do. This egg-grapefruit day just took a couple of days to kick in.
I've found the most wonderful thing to do with chicken and salad. Stir-fried chicken with apples and greens! Yum!
Gotta go to the gym today. My personal trainer is out for the week this week, but that should not give me a reason to avoid the gym. He even provided a workout!
