Weighing In 11/14/2018

200.75, down from last week's 201.5.

I haven't lost all that much this month: five pounds. But hey: five pounds is five pounds.

I'm going to give it a break from Thanksgiving until New Year's. If I eat a Christmas cookie, I will not beat myself up. If I eat pizza, I will not beat myself up.

Then, on 1 January 2019, I will restart the weight loss phase. With any luck, I'll lose another 10 lb in January-early February, and weigh well less than 200 lb by the time I go to Egypt in February!!

201.5. No change.

Hmph. I did the egg-grapefruit day yesterday. Well, last time I did an egg-grapefruit day, it took a day to kick in. Let's see what tomorrow's scales say.

201.5. I've weighed 201.5 for a week now. No change.

It's time for an egg-grapefruit day to knock the weight loss back into gear.

I'd say I'm doing okay here. I seem to be losing about 8 lb per month, which is a good, healthy rate. Inches started peeling off this month because of the Callanetics and the gym and my personal trainer, all of which, given these results, I shall definitely keep doing.

I anticipate breaking that 100s digit VERY SOON!!!!
