252.75 this morning. Yesterday was 254.25. And, despite shoveling far too much snow yesterday, I feel good.
The consistent 1.5-2 lb/day thing will end fairly soon; this diet pulls fluids through the kidneys. Once that normalizes, fat will come off, and that leaves far more slowly than does water.
Today begins the Reducing Diet. 950-1200 cals daily. I have in the past regularly broken that and still lost weight like a bandit. I break it with fruit. I eat more fruit than the DC diet allows. Well, sue me; it still works at the rate of 10 lb/month.
I celebrate my husband's 73rd birthday (the third birthday since his death in December 2014) by commencing on the path to get healthy. I think he'd like that.
