Journal Series Two Day One - 2 September 2015

So.

This morning's breakfast consists of a bowl of grapefruit chunks (I love grapefruit...), a bowl of oatmeal in almond milk, a fistful of vitamins (multi, krill oil, B-complex, calcium/magnesium/D, E) and two glasses of lemon water.

I have to go shopping; I'm running out of food. I have no eggs. The fish is running low. I still have plenty of chicken.

Lunch will consist of a Wasa bread, a chicken thigh (a variation of what's on the program; I loathe chicken breast) and a spring-mix salad and the ever-present glass of lemon water. Though I might spice it up and drink lime water instead.

Dinner will be ahi tuna (I must thaw the tuna steak) and cooked spinach, a Wasa bread and an apple for dessert. And the ever-present lemon water.

Snacks. Ah yes, snacks. Carrot sticks maybe ... or celery sticks. And water. Always water. The first snack will happen at 4 pm; the second at 8 pm. I'll probably have four mozzarella cheese sticks.

The cheese sticks, oatmeal and almond milk are not on the program, but I need to get rid of them. I will not restock when they're gone.
