I seem to have stalled on the weight loss. I've lost 11 lb. since starting this, but I haven't seen the scale move in several days now. That is the problem with weight-loss programs; I do get frustrated with my obstinate body. While I know that weight loss occurs all the time, it can appear sporadic, which is remarkably unrewarding.
Well, at least I'm down by those 11 lb. Perhaps bumping up the exercise level will help. No ... allow me to rephrase: probably bumping up the exercise level will help. I need to haul out my Nordic Track. That will be easier to do when Tess and Kraig move out (on/about 1 October; HURRAY!! Love her, but it's time for her to be on her own), since the Nordic Track is buried under all their stuff. I'll put it in Jim's office and use it while I watch TV. Maybe I should get rid of Jim's chair and put it there? Hmmm. No. Not yet. I'll move his chair to another room. Poor guy, it hasn't even been a year and I'm talking about getting rid of his furniture. Besides, I need that chair in case company comes.
