I've varied off of the Diet Center and sort of onto Dr. Phil's 20/20 plan. It seems to work well. LOVE the peanut butter/whey/yogurt smoothie!!!! I add a tablespoon of Hershey's cocoa to the mix, which adds CHOCOLATE to this gemish; makes it absolutely scrumptious. And geez, does it ever fill me up! I'm not hungry at all.
Can't say as much for anything on that diet that has coconut in it ... ycch.
